For forwarders, brokers and importers
Airport and seaport freight recovery.
Your shipment has landed and it is now sitting in a terminal accruing storage. We collect it, clear the dock, and drive it straight to your warehouse or your customer — the same day, in one van, with no staging in between.

Statewide freight recovery
Free time is the clock that actually matters
Nobody calls a recovery courier because the freight is far away. They call because it is expensive to leave where it is.
Air cargo gets a window of free time after it is available for release. Once that expires the terminal starts charging storage by the day, and the charge does not care that your regular carrier could not get there until Thursday. Ocean freight has the same arithmetic with harsher numbers and a longer list of names for it. Recovering promptly is almost always cheaper than the alternative, and it is the one part of the process a dedicated van genuinely fixes.
So the job is simple and it is entirely about paperwork and timing. Give us the release, tell us the terminal, and we go and get it before the meter starts.

- Straight to the consigneeRecovered and delivered direct, not returned to a hub for sorting. One van, one driver, one handoff at each end.
- Oversized and palletized freightUp to 533 cu ft with a load length near 15 ft 9 in, so a pallet, a crate or a long item goes in whole, enclosed and out of the Florida weather.
- Documented handoverRecipient name, timestamp and photographs at the drop, sent immediately — the record your consignee and your insurer will ask for.
Timing
What we need to release your shipment
The recovery itself is straightforward. What delays it is turning up at a counter without the right paperwork, so we confirm all of this before dispatching rather than after.
One honest note on access: some port and airside areas require credentialed or escorted entry that a general courier cannot provide. Tell us the exact terminal or warehouse on the quote call and we will confirm whether we can collect directly or whether the freight needs to be brought out to us.

Questions we get on this run
What do you need from me before you can collect?
The air waybill or bill of lading number, the delivery order or release from the carrier or your broker, the name of the terminal or warehouse holding it, and a piece and weight count. Add the delivery address and a contact for the drop and we can dispatch. If anything is missing we will tell you what it is rather than send a driver to be turned away.
Can you recover the same day the shipment is released?
That is normally the point of the call. Once the freight is available and the paperwork is in order we can usually be at the terminal within a couple of hours in South Florida, and deliver straight from there. For terminals further up the state we will give you an honest collection and delivery time before you commit.
Do you handle oversized or palletized freight?
Yes, within the van. A 170-inch Extended High Roof Sprinter takes up to 533 cubic feet with a load length near 15 ft 9 in, which covers most single pallets, long crates and awkward one-off pieces. Anything genuinely beyond that needs a truck with a lift gate, and we will tell you that instead of trying to make it fit.
Can you collect from a container freight station after deconsolidation?
Yes. LCL and deconsolidation pickups from the CFS warehouses around PortMiami, Port Everglades and Port Tampa Bay are routine work. As with the airports, the constraint is paperwork and the facility's own cutoff times rather than the drive.
Do you handle hazmat or dangerous goods?
Not as a general rule, and we would rather say so plainly than take a job we should not. Tell us what the shipment is on the quote call, including anything with a UN number, and we will either confirm we can carry it or point you to somebody properly placarded for it.
Need it moved today?
Tell us the pickup, the drop and the deadline. You will get a firm, all-in price from a person — not an automated estimate.
