Court filings, and the conformed copy that proves it
Florida practice runs on e-filing, but the exceptions are the ones that matter: filings the portal will not take, documents that must be presented in hard copy, exhibits and oversized attachments, judge's copies and chambers deliveries, and anything a clerk needs to physically stamp.
A compliant filing run starts before the driver leaves. The package is checked as a package — cover sheet, the right number of copies, the fee instrument, exhibit tabs — because a filing rejected at the window at 4:40 pm is a missed deadline, not an inconvenience. At the counter we confirm acceptance, take the date-stamped conformed copy, and bring it back to you as documentary proof of filing along with the time and the name of the clerk who accepted it.
We work the Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach clerks' offices routinely, and we plan around window cut-off times rather than discovering them on arrival.
Confidentiality is a handling procedure, not a promise
Privileged material should not pass through a sort facility. On a dedicated run it does not: documents are sealed at pickup, ride in a locked, fully enclosed cargo area with no other customer's freight in the vehicle, and are handed directly to the named recipient.
One driver holds the documents for the entire run, so there is no transfer point to account for. We record the release name and time at pickup and the recipient name and time at delivery, with photo confirmation, and send you the record immediately. If a chain-of-custody question is ever raised, the answer is already in your file.

Questions we get about this service
Do you serve process?
No. We are a document courier, not a certified process server — service of process in Florida has its own statutory requirements. What we do is move the documents: to your process server, to the clerk, to opposing counsel, to the courthouse, to your client. If you need service effected, we get the paperwork into your server's hands the same day.
Can you file at the courthouse and bring back conformed copies?
Yes. We present the filing package at the clerk's window, confirm it is accepted, and return the date-stamped conformed copy to your office as proof of filing. Tell us the cut-off you are working against when you book, and give the driver the complete package — cover sheet, correct copy count, fee instrument and any exhibit tabs — so nothing gets rejected at the window.
How do you protect confidentiality?
Documents travel sealed, in a locked, fully enclosed cargo area, in a vehicle carrying nothing else. There is no sort facility, no third-party terminal and no handoff between drivers. Delivery is hand-to-hand to the named recipient, and we log the name, the time and the location at both ends.
What is your turnaround in the tri-county area?
For pickups in Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach we are typically rolling within 60 to 90 minutes and delivering direct from there. Because there is no consolidation stop, drive time is delivery time. If you are working against a filing cut-off or a closing table, tell us the hard deadline and we will tell you honestly whether it is makeable.
